By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Services, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
1. Business Customers Only
The Services are intended exclusively for businesses, sole proprietors, professionals, organizations and other persons acting for commercial or professional purposes.
The Services are not offered to consumers acting primarily for personal, family or household purposes.
By registering or purchasing a Service, you confirm that you are acting for business or professional purposes and have authority to bind the business or organization you represent.
2. The Services
GetMoreTrust provides online services designed to help businesses manage and monitor areas such as customer reviews, online reputation, customer feedback, local search visibility, business information, reporting, competitive insights and related functionality.
Available features depend on the subscription plan purchased.
Certain functionality may be provided using third-party technology, infrastructure, APIs, artificial intelligence systems, communication providers, review platforms, search platforms and other external services.
GetMoreTrust does not represent that all underlying technology used to provide the Services was developed or is owned by GetMoreTrust.
We may improve, modify, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary, including because of technical, security, legal or third-party platform changes.
3. Accounts
Customers must provide accurate and current information when creating and maintaining an account.
The Customer is responsible for:
- protecting account credentials;
- controlling access by its users;
- activities performed through its account;
- maintaining accurate account and billing information; and
- promptly notifying GetMoreTrust of suspected unauthorized access.
The Customer may only provide account access to persons authorized to act on its behalf.
4. Free Trials
Where offered, a subscription may begin with a 14-day free trial.
Unless cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to the selected paid subscription and the applicable recurring subscription fee is charged using the payment method provided at checkout.
The applicable price, billing interval and trial conditions are displayed before the Customer completes registration or checkout.
A Customer may cancel during the trial to prevent the first recurring subscription charge.
GetMoreTrust may restrict repeated or abusive use of free trials.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid Services are billed according to the plan and billing interval selected at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
The Customer authorizes GetMoreTrust and its payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes to the payment method provided.
The Customer is responsible for providing correct billing information, including business and tax information where applicable.
If payment fails or remains overdue, GetMoreTrust may retry payment and may restrict, suspend or terminate access to paid Services.
6. Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription through the available account or billing functionality or by contacting GetMoreTrust where account cancellation is not technically available.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
After cancellation, the subscription will not renew for another billing period.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise, fees already paid for a commenced billing period are non-refundable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for its use of the Services and for all information, content, instructions, contacts, customer lists, messages, campaigns, responses and other materials submitted through its account.
The Customer must ensure that it has all permissions, notices, consents and other legal bases required for its activities.
In particular, the Customer is responsible for compliance with laws and platform rules applicable to:
- customer communications;
- email, SMS or other messaging;
- collection and use of contact information;
- review solicitation;
- publication of review responses;
- advertising and marketing;
- privacy and data protection; and
- content submitted to third-party services.
GetMoreTrust does not independently verify the legality, accuracy or authorization of every item of Customer Data or every action performed by a Customer.
8. Reviews and Reputation Management
The Customer must use review-related functionality honestly and in accordance with applicable laws and the rules of relevant review platforms.
Customers must not use the Services to create, purchase, fabricate or facilitate fake or misleading reviews.
Customers must not manipulate review collection in a manner prohibited by applicable law or the relevant review platform, including prohibited review-gating practices.
Customers remain responsible for determining whether and how review requests, responses or other content should be published.
Third-party review platforms may independently reject, filter, modify, rank, restrict or remove reviews or other content.
GetMoreTrust does not control those decisions.
9. Artificial Intelligence
Some Services may use artificial intelligence or machine-learning technology to generate suggestions, summaries, responses, analysis or other output.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Unless functionality is expressly designed and identified as automated, Customers should review AI-generated content before publishing, sending or relying upon it.
The Customer remains responsible for its final use of AI-generated output.
GetMoreTrust does not guarantee the factual accuracy, legal compliance or suitability of AI-generated output.
Customers must not use AI functionality for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may interact with or depend upon third-party services such as search engines, review platforms, business-profile providers, hosting providers, communication services, payment processors, APIs and AI providers.
These services operate independently and may change their APIs, policies, functionality, availability, pricing, access rights or technical requirements.
GetMoreTrust is not responsible for acts, omissions, outages, restrictions, suspensions, data changes or other circumstances caused by third-party services that are outside GetMoreTrust’s reasonable control.
The Customer is responsible for complying with the terms applicable to third-party accounts and platforms that it connects to or uses with the Services.
A third-party platform may restrict or terminate access independently of GetMoreTrust.
11. No Guaranteed Results
GetMoreTrust provides tools, monitoring, information and related functionality. It does not guarantee particular commercial results.
In particular, GetMoreTrust does not guarantee:
- a particular number or quality of reviews;
- higher review ratings;

- improved Maps or local-search positions;
- particular AI visibility or mentions;
- increased website traffic;
- leads, bookings or customers;
- revenue or profit;
- competitor performance;
- continued availability of third-party integrations; or
- that a third-party platform will publish, retain or display particular content.
Reports, scores, grids, rankings, competitor information and similar data may vary because of location, timing, methodology, personalization, third-party data and platform changes.
12. Acceptable Use
Customers must not use the Services:
- unlawfully or fraudulently;
- to infringe intellectual property, privacy or other third-party rights;
- to distribute malware or malicious code;
- to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- to impersonate another person or organization;
- to send unlawful spam or communications;
- to fabricate or manipulate reviews or testimonials;
- to circumvent restrictions imposed by third-party platforms;
- to interfere with the security or operation of the Services; or
- in any other manner prohibited by the GetMoreTrust Acceptable Use Policy.
GetMoreTrust may restrict or suspend activity that reasonably appears to create material legal, security, fraud, abuse or platform-compliance risk.
13. Data Protection
Each party must comply with data-protection laws applicable to its activities.
Information about how GetMoreTrust processes personal data for its own purposes is provided in the Privacy Policy.
Where GetMoreTrust processes personal data on behalf of a Customer in connection with the Services, such processing is additionally governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where applicable.
GetMoreTrust may use processors and subprocessors to provide the Services.
Relevant information is available on the Subprocessors page.
Customers are responsible for determining whether their own use of the Services requires additional privacy notices, consents, agreements or other compliance measures.
14. Security
GetMoreTrust and its service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the Services.
However, no internet-based service, network, storage system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for their own systems, devices, accounts, credentials and integrations.
15. Intellectual Property
GetMoreTrust and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, software, interfaces, documentation and other materials provided as part of the Services, except for Customer Data and third-party materials.
The Customer retains its rights in Customer Data.
The Customer grants GetMoreTrust the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise handle Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, secure and operate the Services and fulfill the Customer’s instructions, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
No ownership of Customer Data is transferred to GetMoreTrust.
16. Availability and Maintenance
GetMoreTrust aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, security incidents, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party providers, APIs, external platforms or events outside reasonable control.
Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, no specific service-level agreement or guaranteed uptime applies.
17. Suspension and Termination
GetMoreTrust may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of:
- non-payment;
- material breach of these Terms;
- unlawful or abusive activity;
- security risk;
- fraud or suspected fraud;
- violation of third-party platform requirements;
- risk of material harm to GetMoreTrust, its providers, Customers or third parties; or
- a legal or regulatory requirement.
Where reasonably practicable, GetMoreTrust will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a remediable breach.
Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, legal or material platform risk.
The Customer may terminate its subscription by cancelling it in accordance with Section 6.
18. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetMoreTrust disclaims warranties or representations not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of third-party data or achievement of particular business results.
Nothing in this Section excludes warranties or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetMoreTrust shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, arising from or relating to the Services.
GetMoreTrust is not responsible for losses to the extent caused by:
- Customer acts or omissions;
- inaccurate or unlawful Customer Data;
- unauthorized Customer use;
- Customer publication or use of AI-generated content;
- third-party platforms or services;
- changes to third-party APIs, policies or algorithms;
- suspension or termination by a third-party platform; or
- circumstances outside GetMoreTrust’s reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetMoreTrust’s aggregate contractual liability arising out of or relating to an affected paid Service shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Customer to GetMoreTrust for that affected Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim or, if the Customer has used the affected Service for less than twelve months, the fees actually paid during that shorter period.
The limitations in these Terms do not apply where and to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Customer Responsibility for Third-Party Claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Customer is responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs resulting from the Customer’s unlawful use of the Services, Customer Data, communications, content, review practices, violation of third-party rights or violation of applicable platform rules.
This provision applies only to the extent that the relevant claim or loss was caused by the Customer or persons acting through the Customer’s account.
21. Confidentiality
Each party shall use reasonable care to protect non-public confidential information received from the other party and shall use such information only for purposes connected with the Services.
This obligation does not apply to information that is public through no breach of these Terms, was lawfully known independently, was lawfully received from another source, or must be disclosed by law.
22. Data Following Termination
Following termination or expiration, access to Customer Data may cease.
Customers are responsible for exporting information they require before termination where export functionality is available.
Data may subsequently be deleted or retained according to applicable legal requirements, legitimate retention obligations, the Privacy Policy, DPA and applicable technical backup cycles.
GetMoreTrust is not required to retain Customer Data indefinitely after termination.
23. Changes to the Services or Terms
GetMoreTrust may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the Services, applicable law, security requirements, business operations or third-party services.
The current version and effective date will be published on the GetMoreTrust website.
For material changes that materially affect existing Customers’ rights or obligations, reasonable notice will be provided where required or reasonably practicable.
Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
24. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including major internet or telecommunications failures, cloud infrastructure outages, cyber incidents not reasonably preventable, natural disasters, governmental measures, war, civil disturbance, labor disruption or widespread failure of third-party infrastructure.
This Section does not excuse payment obligations that became due before the relevant event.
25. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to mandatory law to the contrary, the courts competent at the place of business of GetMoreTrust in Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes the application of mandatory laws that cannot validly be excluded by agreement.
26. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
A failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The Customer may not transfer its subscription or rights under these Terms without GetMoreTrust’s prior written consent, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
GetMoreTrust may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, incorporation, sale of the business or transfer of the relevant Services, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the applicable subscription or checkout terms, Privacy Policy, DPA where applicable and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the contractual framework governing the Services.
