Version 1.0
Effective date: 23 September 2026
Last updated: 23 September 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) forms part of the GetMoreTrust Terms of Service and applies to all Customers, authorized users and other persons using the Services through a Customer account.

This AUP is intended to protect Customers, individuals, third-party platforms, service providers and GetMoreTrust from unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful use of the Services.

1. General Requirement

Customers must use GetMoreTrust lawfully, honestly and in accordance with the Terms of Service, applicable laws and applicable third-party platform rules.

Customers must not use the Services in a manner that creates unreasonable legal, security, operational or reputational risk for GetMoreTrust, its service providers, other Customers or third parties.

2. Reviews and Testimonials

Customers must not use the Services to:

  • create, purchase, sell, fabricate or arrange fake reviews or testimonials;
  • submit reviews on behalf of persons who did not genuinely provide the relevant feedback;
  • impersonate customers or reviewers;
  • materially alter a review or testimonial in a misleading manner;
  • offer unlawful or undisclosed incentives in exchange for reviews;
  • condition compensation on a particular rating or positive sentiment;
  • pressure, threaten or improperly influence persons to provide, modify or remove reviews;
  • misrepresent the origin, authenticity or verification status of a review or testimonial; or
  • otherwise manipulate review systems contrary to applicable law or relevant platform rules.

Where review filtering, routing, moderation or feedback functionality is available, Customers remain responsible for configuring and using it in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of the relevant review platform.

The availability of a feature within the Services does not constitute a representation by GetMoreTrust that every possible use of that feature is lawful or permitted by every third-party platform.

3. Review Gating and Feedback Routing

Certain functionality may allow Customers to route different feedback experiences based on ratings or other criteria.

Customers must independently ensure that their configuration complies with the policies of the review platforms they use and with applicable laws concerning misleading or manipulative review practices.

Customers must not use GetMoreTrust to unlawfully suppress legitimate negative reviews or falsely create the impression that displayed reviews represent an unbiased sample where that representation would be misleading.

4. Communications and Marketing

Customers may only send email, SMS, WhatsApp or other communications where they have the rights, permissions and legal basis required for those communications.

Customers must not use the Services to:

Where legally required, communications must provide an appropriate and effective method for recipients to opt out.

The Customer is responsible for maintaining evidence of required consents or other lawful grounds for its communications.

5. Customer Data and Privacy

Customers must not submit, import, collect or otherwise Process Personal Data through the Services unless they are legally permitted to do so.

Customers must provide any notices and obtain any permissions or consents required by applicable law.

Customers must not intentionally use the Services to collect or Process unnecessary highly sensitive information where the relevant functionality is not designed for such Processing.
