Version 1.0
Effective date: 23 September 2026
Last updated: 23 September 2026
GetMoreTrust uses carefully selected third-party service providers to support the operation and delivery of its Services.
This page explains how GetMoreTrust manages subprocessors where GetMoreTrust processes Personal Data on behalf of a Customer.
1. Subprocessor Authorization
Where GetMoreTrust acts as a Processor, the Customer provides GetMoreTrust with general authorization to engage subprocessors as necessary to provide, secure, maintain and support the Services, subject to the GetMoreTrust Data Processing Agreement and Applicable Data Protection Law.
GetMoreTrust requires relevant subprocessors to be bound by appropriate data-protection obligations applicable to the processing they perform.
2. Categories of Subprocessors
Depending on the Services and features used by a Customer, GetMoreTrust may engage providers in the following categories:
- cloud hosting and infrastructure;
- database and storage infrastructure;
- content delivery, DNS and network security;
- platform infrastructure and service delivery;
- server management;
- email delivery;
- messaging and communications;
- artificial-intelligence processing;
- business, search and review-data services;
- customer-support infrastructure;
- product analytics;
- security and fraud prevention; and
- payment and subscription infrastructure.
Not every category or provider is used for every Customer or every feature.
3. Processing Locations
Depending on the Services and functionality used, relevant processing may take place in:
- Switzerland;
- the European Economic Area;
- the United Kingdom;
- the United States; and
- other countries where an authorized provider lawfully operates.
Where Applicable Data Protection Law requires safeguards for an international transfer, appropriate transfer mechanisms are used as described in the GetMoreTrust Data Processing Agreement and Privacy Policy.
4. Current Subprocessor Information
Business Customers may request information about the subprocessors relevant to their use of the Services by contacting:
Where required under Applicable Data Protection Law or the applicable Data Processing Agreement, GetMoreTrust will provide the Customer with information reasonably necessary to identify relevant subprocessors, their processing function and relevant processing location.
Such information is provided for data-protection and compliance purposes and may be subject to appropriate confidentiality requirements where permitted by law.
5. Changes to Subprocessors
GetMoreTrust may add, replace or discontinue subprocessors as the Services evolve.
Where the Customer has provided general authorization for subprocessors and Applicable Data Protection Law requires notice of an intended addition or replacement, GetMoreTrust will provide appropriate notice before the relevant change takes effect and provide the Customer with an opportunity to raise a reasonable objection on data-protection grounds.
Any objection must relate to legitimate data-protection concerns regarding the proposed processing.
The parties will seek in good faith to resolve a valid objection.
Where a reasonable resolution is not available, GetMoreTrust may modify or discontinue the affected functionality or the Customer may discontinue the affected Service in accordance with the applicable Agreement and mandatory law.
6. Customer-Connected Third-Party Services
Third-party services selected, connected or authorized directly by a Customer are not necessarily GetMoreTrust subprocessors.
These may include review platforms, business-profile platforms, social networks, communications providers and other integrations connected at the Customer’s direction.
The processing performed by such providers may be governed by the Customer’s own relationship with the relevant provider.
7. Further Information
Additional information concerning processing, international transfers, security and the respective responsibilities of GetMoreTrust and its Customers is available in the:
